Title: TN020002 SI_SCOPE Pro Cannot Find Communications Driver.

This error is caused when trying to load SI_SCOPE under windows and the
correct windows device driver is not found. It is recommended that you
re-install the application and then re-boot your computer.

Notes for Windows-NT users: You must run the SI_SCOPE install from an
administrative context under NT. Windows NT will not allow an application to
load a device driver if the current user does not have administrative
privileges.
